Pastor Dukes was given the vision by God in September 2019 to form the Restoration Love Center ministry because the people’s love for God and faith in God need to be restored.  There are so many people whose faith has been tried and who have experienced some form of church hurt that need to know that the Lord is here waiting for them to return. There is no hurt that the Lord cannot heal. There is no sin that the Lord cannot forgive. Some things in life will leave you depleted of all strength, faith, and love. These are the times when God specializes in renewing, reviving, and restoring you. He wants to love you back to your original place in Him. Pastor Dukes founded Women Warring In The Spirit (WWISP), a women’s ministry that teaches women to be the heart of the home and to cover their families in prayer. They also learn to be entrepreneurs. Pastor Dukes has her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and is a primary care provider. Pastor Dukes founded Genesis Total Health and Wellness Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. She is an adjunct professor at United States University teaching nurse practitioner students. She loves serving the people of God both physically and spiritually.
